Review: Very friendly staff and awesome customer service. I was in Douglas for a family thing, and needed an oil change. This place was quick and the pricing was great! I will gladly return should I find myself in the area again needing service for my vehicle. I highly recommend it!

Review: Terrible customer service. Did not call multiple times when they should have. Took in our car to get the a/c fixed. They ended up breaking something that made it unable to drive. They knew ahead of time that we were moving out of state and because of what they broke they didn’t have it fixed in time. We had to rent a one way car to move, then later fly back to pick up the car to drive it another 11 hours. After showing them all the cost we had incurred because of their mistake they still made us pay what they had originally quoted us to get our car back. Absolutely disgraceful.
