Review: Lack of customer service. Got no confirmation after payment and called the next day for any update. Got attitude about it when I just needed to know my $450 wasn’t in limbo.
Zero update till 4 days later, when they went to pull the part they found it damaged.
Cool, I get it, stuff can break. But it took 4 days to check? Don’t pull my money if you aren’t ready to do business.
Now I’m stuck ordering from somewhere else (for cheaper) but out twice the money until their refund comes through. Hopefully faster then 4 days.🤷♀️

Review: Lane has been super helpful! When I called to begin with he was great about wanting to find the matching panel for my car! He sent a photo of the one that matched and the shipping was super fast. There was some mix up and I received the wrong panel but Lane was super quick to get the problem solved and got the correct one shipped out! I will be coming back in the future!
