Review: Had a hitch installed on my Jeep Compass. Did job in 3 hours. Price was a little higher than uhaul but a more robust and aesthetically pleasing hitch insyalled with plug in. Very happy to support this local business.

Review: Put money down on a hitch, with a promise of at least a week. Three weeks later I get a call stating it was coming from Florida with at least another week delay. I call back and tell them I found a solution faster elsewhere. Guy decides to berate me about how I “could have called him sooner” despite me just finding out I could get this done somewhere else. Tells me “this is bad business.” Not sure where this guy got his training in customer service, I’m guessing nowhere. I would never go back to this business if they were the last hitch company on the planet.
