Review: My salesman Collin made the purchase of my Chevy Colorado very easy. He helped set up all the options with the truck and my phone. Made it easy to understand all the features and made sure I was comfortable with the knowledge before driving off. Jones had the best price for the tri-state area. I would highly recommend.

Review: I was overcharged just to get an estimate on why my service engine light came on. A lot of places will check it for free, not $120. Took it elsewhere for an estimate, they would do the same thing for half the price plus an oil change.

I’m from Iowa and drove 3 hours on a Saturday to look at a 2018 Silverado 2500 that they had for sale. They had a great price so I bought it. They were able to deliver it to me on Monday with a full tank of fuel!

Review: Customer service was lacking. Tyi was cold and did not try to make any kind of friendly connection. She helped other customers while we were sitting at her desk without even saying anything to us. She ignored us during that time. She was argumentative while discussing the cars features.
