Cons:
No communication on encountered issues during service. Just a concealment to get ya out the door.
I seemed to encounter a snippy employee who slightly got better later on.
Little steep for part prices 2x at least
Pros:
The work was complete and the vehicle was clean
Great time management – Quick Service
Tolerable labor costs

Review: I was very happy with the work that was performed. The waiting area was very nice and comfortable. The prices were also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this dealership over the one in the Chippewa Falls area.
Second visit: Wait time was very short. Was updated constantly on the progress. People were very friendly. Waiting area was very nice.

Review: The staff stayed late to help me. Friendly service no pressure. So far I have no complaints. I would have liked a little better price, but got a good price considering the current economy.

Review: Sold a vehicle with tons wrong, told me an old guy would have never found the issues i did thats why they didnt fix them. Also didnt put price on buyers guide which makes the deal void. They offered to buy the truck back but not reimburse me for any expenses caused by owning the truck or the 5 seperate times i had to drive 3 hours to go to their store. Hoping these guys go under the tech is awful

Review: My elderly father took his car ( which he purchased there) in for an oil change and left with a bill over $200 dollars. $50 just to tell him the windshield washer reservoir leaked. The ‘ customer service ‘ people blew me off. Also the spelling on the bill was so poor I had to decipher it. I will tell everyone to steer clear if this ‘ business ‘.
