Review: Overall a very good company to work with. The front office is very good with communication- they are easy to get a hold of if needed and they stay in contact while tint is being done. I thought they seemed very professional and the manager was very helpful at explaining the different tints and what would work best for us. Overall the tint is very good quality for the price and definitely worth it. I would highly recommend to anybody looking here. This is the place to come for all your tint needs!

Review: Made appointment 2 weeks prior and was quoted a price of $60 dollars for a rear window. I bring the car in for the appointment and now it’s $75 dollars with no explanation of price change.

Review: The quality of the window tint is impressive. I haven’t had any issues with that. I knock off a star for:
1. Their customer service could use a bit of work. The email communication is typed out in ALL CAPS, and comes off a bit like they are yelling. It’s just not good etiquette. Also, the whole ‘we only accept cash’ thing is silly.
2. Even if you make a specific appointment, it doesn’t mean that is when they will start working on your vehicle. I had an appointment but they didn’t work on my vehicle until 2 hours later. I guess drop-off is a bit different than appointment.

Review: Worst experience dealing with the new staff here. Where is the owner??? Don’t come here unless you are prepared to deal with the worst customer service. Woman at the front desk treated me like I was ignorant trash.. honey are plenty of other businesses like these in Milwaukee, literally 18th and Forest Home! Miss the owner being here and the customer service he provided. Don’t know where this spiteful, angry chick came out of, but she’s no good for your business!!! I refused to leave my vehicle here due to the level of animosity she created. But also not coming back because as she GLADLY ripped up my contract she said “he ain’t coming back” so I guess I am done with Tint Boyz! Nice while it lasted though thank you 🙏🏻

Review: Poor customer service! I’ve taken my Cadillac here to be tinted a while ago after being referred and whoever handled the phone and desk were very short and easily agitated… I’ve recently tried taking my SRT to be tinted and have had to reschedule because mechanical problems and then reschedule again due to a big snowstorm that my lowered rwd car cant drive in… whoever was on the phone got irritated and told me to call back and reschedule when I figure out what I’m doing… I said I was ready to reschedule and they continued to tell me to call back when I figure it out since I keep having to reschedule…you’ve lost my referral and my business and will no longer go out of my way to drive to your tint shop.

Review: Came in for my appointment and the lady at the desk asked if I had a mask and I politely said no I forgot. Her attitude changed and let out a big SIGGGHHHHHHH* she’ll know who I am when she sees this review. Then it took her 5 min to open up the new package of masks for me. (A paying customer) So when I was given an attitude I give the same back. They also don’t have bathrooms for customers either. They are “out of order” even for customers. The guy who did the tints was not a people person. No smile, no enthusiasm, monotone. I was going to leave and go somewhere else but he came out in time to get my car. I give this place 2 stars because the tint job was okay! Crazy how customer service can change the entire experience. Good luck tintboyz! I paid 211$ for my tint service
