I scheduled an appointment for my daughter’s car to be tinted for a birthday present. I had an appointment for noon and waited 20 minutes before anyone showed up to open the doors. Then waited an hour and 20 minutes past my appointment for the staff to install the tint to arrive. This was not cool because I came in from over an hour away. Once they arrived they started quickly. They sell a quality tint but the application is shotty. There are many scratches, bubbles, and a few gouges in the tint. The price was very inexpensive so you have to decide if you want quality over cost. I find it funny that they have a sign in the shop that reads Quality, Cost, or Fast – Choose two. I guess I got Cost and Fast because the work could have been a little bit better. The scratches in the tint came from the squeegee that was used because there is no other explanation for them. I was prepared to tip $50 but the tardiness retracted that. They also suggest you wait 7-10 days before you roll your windows down. This is much more excessive than any other company has told me. It has usually been 48-72 hours. But we did wait the whole 10 days before my daughter rolled her windows down and followed their terms. As a previous reviewer stated, there is a little chihuahua in the shop. He is a cool little dog. Yes, he will lick your legs forever until you shoo him away. So if you are not cool with dogs just be aware. I had no problem because he is a very good dog. They only want payment in cash and by reading the other unhappy comments you can figure out why. They offer a lifetime warranty but do not make good on it. Since you paid in cash there is no record of them taking payment and you can’t dispute it with your credit or debit card. Overall I would give them a 3 star review. Being extremely late was not cool. The cost was the best quote I received. The quality of the work done could have been much better. There are many scratches in the tint and it was from the install not anything we did. The scratches were there once I pulled the car out of the garage but I was not going to make a big deal about it. Personally, I would probably not go back because I am not sure they would fix the problem without a fuss. They are friendly and professional. Quality work at a very reasonable price. Was quoted at two hours to get it done and they had it tinted 20 mins early! They also offer a lifetime warranty on their work! So far the tints look amazing and I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
