The costumer service acceded my expectation when the technician jumped my car because the battery was dead after the would-be car thieves left the dome light on. The technician also removed small broken glass pieces from inside the door and took time to explain to me how to remove and reinstall the paneling of the door if I wanted to try to repair dents left in the door from before the car was broken in to. Tony was prompt and very professional. He took great care of my BMW while replacing the windshield. It was an exact replacement. There pricing is very competitive as well.
