Wrote customers service and several executives, no response. Now in the sunlight the windows look dirty, even professionally cleaned. I’m not recommending Lincoln to people who ask me. It’s been months and we still have cracked and damaged windows without so much as a return email. Lincoln windows represents the opposite of integrity. Their customer service is horrible and they flat out manipulated me to purchase some patio doors and failed to honor their word on expedition. As a third generation custom home builder, president of our local builders association, member of TAB and NAHB, I will be sending an email to every customer and builder I know to spread the word about Lincoln. They should be ashamed to be in business.
