I ran over something on the highway that had a bungee type cord attached that basically was imbedded in my left rear tire. I had the tire repaired at my auto repair shop. I came to Auto Color to make the associated repairs to the body of my vehicle. There were rubber marks on the body and a couple of holes in the back bumper. I told Joe that I did not want to file for insurance and he said that was fine and gave me a quote. The quoted price seemed fair and I told Joe to proceed. When I picked up the vehicle one of the holes that had been patched was clearly visible and I was expecting the hole to be gone and just like knew. When I asked Joe about this he said he could have given me a quote for a new bumper and then it would be new. My issue is that Joe could have given me a couple options here but he did not. My presumption is that the bumper would look brand new.
