When i showed up to the shop I was shown the box I was getting and it was custom ordered and rhino lined (they didn’t even ask for a deposit) I looked back and asked why the holes in the box looked so big. The response i got was “oh yea, were doing 12s instead” mind you the quote did not increase. I was not expecting the 12 inch subs or the enclosure to be rhino lined. The system sounds absolutely AMAZING! It hits hard, great lows, and not even a tiny bit of that rattle sound that base lovers hate so much. It’s all vibration. These guys did an amazing job and I want to see everyone use them for their stereo needs! Called to schedule a 2 way remote start and was told it was $350. My daughter took the car over and they installed a cheapo 1 way. Originally they said 1 way was $250 and 2 way was $350 but they charged $280 for the 1 way. When I called them they said they could swap to the 2 way but then the price jumped to $400. Scammers.. On top of it all they messed up the wiring and now the brake light is on…😡😡 Avoid this place at all costs. 84th location was decent. And was quoted $100-$150 max. We got there 30 minutes early, my boyfriend was told that there was no appointment made. And the manager asked to show proof of our call log. Which we did and was able to provide proof that we did call and made an appointment. Then the manager said he didn’t have the terminal and Couldn’t install the battery. It was so many miss leading information. One minute claimed that we didn’t have an appointment. Then said he didn’t have terminal. Afterwards his other coworker went out to checked and said there was already “4” already installed. And we need “0”. So now the price goes up too $350. My issue with this is that horrible customer service and he couldn’t take accountability for his own mistake an kindly apologized to us but refuse to come out and speak to us and hid in the back area. Mind you. This place installed all our speaker systems for all our cars. But claimed that he didn’t know that “4” was installed. Which I feel is BS! I will never to back and waste my money there again! And we went somewhere else the same day and for quoted for extra battery for $120 and installed.
