Their pricing was so competitive I was nervous there would be a catch, but there wasn’t (if you think their price is high get a few other quotes, you will see). We had them replace 13 windows, 1 door, and one patio sliding door. We did not plan to do all of this at once but the pricing allowed it. The old door and one of the old windows in particular were very drafty, and since today is unseasonably cold I can tell you already that problem is no more. A great recommend! I actually know quite a few people now who have used them and they all had the same good experience. The installers however were not very friendly. When they arrived (they were supposed to call beforehand and did not) they did not even introduce themselves so we weren’t sure if it was even them or not. They just showed up and started. We had a new type of window installed in the bathroom and there was this odd border left over from the previous window and the installer covered it up with some wood and just left it the wood color (our windows are white) so we had to paint it ourselves which was quite annoying. I wish that was something that was disclosed with us that we would have to do some of the work ourselves. I do recommend this company for the quality you get for the price you pay. I just wish the guys who did the work were a little friendlier and explained things more.
