Review: Very disappointed in the customer service at this store. I’ve been a return customer at this location for over 30 years in Door County when I am on vacation. I purchase a chair for camping and when I got back to the campsite I realized that I purchase a chair for a younger kid. When I tried to return it I was told that they don’t accept returns on chairs under any circumstance. I was going to purchase a more expensive chair to replace the one I bought so it is obvious that was not trying to scam them and use the chair for 1 night and then bring it back to get a refund. I understand having a policy and sticking to it but when it is obvious that it was just a mistake they should make an exception.
The end result is that they have lost a customer for life. Convenience and location only go so far. Very disappointing!
