They came highly recommended to me for great service. My window broke mysteriously when the weather was very cold. I called and that same day they had a tech out to look the repair over. They ordered all necessary parts and ordered immediately. Once the new glass and parts arrived, they called to set up install. The second tech did a fantastic job with the replacement. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. Pricing very fair as well. They didn’t quote me a price over the phone. I assumed that they wanted a guy to come out and sell me new windows. Boy, was I wrong. They sent a man out to measure ensuring I had the right size exactly. I got a quote that I found acceptable. I agreed to the job. They took my credit card info to ensure payment but did not charge my card. About 2-3 weeks later, the install was scheduled. A nice young man came out. He took out the window, broke the frame down in my driveway, and reassembled it. He was neat and professional. I had him measure my picture window in my dining room which also had lost it’s seal. I’m awaiting that quote yet. I am certain that process will go as smoothly as the last time. Thanks American Glass! I do want to take the time to praise the professionalism of one of the ladies in the office, Lisa, who represents American glass well. —– Author: Mark D. They promptly came out to give an estimate for 3 glass shower doors. Pricing was very reasonable. Had the doors ordered that day and they were installed in less than 2 weeks. They look amazing. The two gentleman who came to install were very courteous and knowledgeable.
