Review: I brought my car in because it felt like my gears wear slipping. From the moment I walked in everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the amount of communication I received and was so thankful they provided a free courtesy car to use! When I got my car back they made sure to give me a full overview and detailed list with pictures of what had been done. The pricing was very reasonable and top quality work done. I’ll be going back on a regular basis for routine maintenance!

Review: This was my first experience with Graham’s Auto & Truck. Very refreshing to deal with an experienced team that is both personable and professional. They completed the work I requested and showed me what what projects should be addressed in the future. The pricing is comparable to other shops I have tried but the level of service set them apart. I will return to Graham’s for my future maintenance and repair needs. I have already recommended Graham’s to my several friends and neighbors.

Review: Great customer service. Scheduling was at a bit of a hassle. Requested a noon appointment, person texted no problem, the received a confirmation for 1pm. I went with it. The day before received another confirmation and it said I was scheduled in Poynette, not Cottage Grove. Called the location and they fit me in at the Cottage Grove location.
Waiting room is comfortable, they have guest wifi, so I was able to work while I waited.

Review: The engine light came on in my car and I knew I had to get my car in somewhere, but wasn’t sure where . I have driven by Graham’s several times so I called them because they are a local business. It was the best decision I could have made! Service technician, Ben, answered the phone. He was able to get me in the same day I called to determine what was wrong. After doing that, I needed to leave the car overnight. Ben made arrangements for someone to take me home and come back to pick me up the next morning when the car was done. One of the other service technicians stayed late to get the car repaired, which was above what I had expected. Graham’s is definitely a customer focused business, and I will be bringing my car there in the future for oil changes, repairs, etc. I will also be highly recommending your business to everyone. I can’t thank you enough for handling my situation the way you did.

Review: My New “Go to Place, 1st”! Exceptional service, explanations, Not a number mentality. I’m 62 and have been to Many service centers thru the years, and Most important It is Not overpriced and wait times for quick fixes are exceptional! You will not find that at most dealerships, I know I have worked at a couple!!
