After getting the run around for about 2 months from a business in New London Tag was able to get my truck in to replace the transmission. Business in New London said I only needed a valve body assembly, not the case. Tag and his guys had the truck back and running in 2 days! I can’t thank him and his crew enough. Very reasonably priced!! I hit something in the middle of the road at 8:15 on a Friday night- almost 3 hours from home, with my grandma in the car. Called AAA and 2 tow companies, all who said I was SOL. Tag shows up and changes my spare. He was concerned about us driving so far on a donut. Brought us to his shop and, by some miracle had the exact tire I needed. Saved my transmission, saved us so much time and money and hassle. Thanks to him, our journey was able to continue on. We made it home safe.
