Took videos, offered to get in for a test drive and show them they claimed they couldn’t do that. Now here we are warrenty expired and the issue is still there and we have to pay out of pocket for the problem. When you try to call them and ask them what we are going to do because they messed up they make excuses and say that if they plugged it in and no codes were shown they cant do anything. They clearly don’t have very knowledge mechanics working there. The service lady Amanda will hang up on you when you ask to speak to someone higher up then her or the owner. She claims thats not his job to deal with client issues. Over priced too. Got quotes from other dealships and they were $200 over everyone else. After looking at the truck the one part they said needed fixed didn’t need fixed it was a different part. Also can’t rotate dually tires but yet they sell duallys on the lot. Bad business practices all about the money very greedy business and don’t want to make things right. Now that my warranty is up and the issue has progressed they tell me it will be just under 2k to replace and fix the issue. When I tried to bring it up that they have had the vehicle in multiple times for this issue the advisor got upset and I told her the pricing was ridiculous because other dealerships quoted me half that price she goes to tell me that’s what you get for owning a diesel they arnt cheap. Than when I ask to speak to the owner she tells me it’s not his job to make customers happy and that’s why they have other people that work there, so I tell her to pass me onto the service manager and she gets mad and hangs up on me. Second time i found my vehicle here at a reasonable price. Geno has the no pressure selling method. Tried looking else were but the pressure to buy pushed me away nor did they have a selection of trucks to chose from. Well worth the drive.. A real home town experience. Ask for Geno at Winneconne and be treated like a person.
