This guy never bother to call me or take my calls and his workers just stone walled me every time I called . Stay far away from this business do you want leather seats go to sight and sound In Saint Albans because they actually know what they’re doing unless you like paying $2000 and getting total Junk for that $2000 ended up trading the car and getting a better and getting a better car just left the bed bad taste in my mouth it’s lesson learned. Considering legal action now Got KatZkin leather seat covers and they didn’t turn out so well . The manufacturer said they were not properly done after sending pics or steamed and they were not an authorized retailer. I tired calling and even showing up and got told to park it under the sun and after almost 90 days I ended up calling the manufacturer who was a lot more helpful 10-15-23 Update So just wanted to update this . 6 months in and they still look as terrible as the day I’ve installed them .right now I’m seeing what the credit card company wants to do but the owner keeps telling them I need to give it more time . Made you it’s been 6 months and they still look horrible. Stay far away I ended up having to pay someone else $1200 who know what they were doing to correct this . The owner told my credit card company I’ve made zero contact with him . Nevermind the half a dozen calls I had with him and his employees between May and the end of July and the 3 trips I went down to his shop and spoke with his employees in May June and July before disputing it at the end of July . I won a round the he won a round now the credit card company is sending it to arbitration and letting a third party decide. Once they see the pics and invoices and call recordings I have with his employees the third party should easily be able to come to a decision. I tired to find a middle ground with this owner but he employee back in July told me there’s nothing they could do and catskin will just send sits that are worst . Instead of offering excuses maybe you should help your customers especially ones who just spent $2k with you Mr business. Oh and FYI he over charged me over $500 catskin to me they couldn’t done it for $1500 and that’s with an authorized representative of KatZkin and because looks that sell is not and some of his competitors told me they would have done it for $1600 . The back seats turned out great it was the front seats that are a total poop show might consider legal action after I hear back from the credit card company because the attorney said promises were not meant and me given the run around is a strong case so we will see . Stay far away 12-1-23 update – 7 months later and the leather seats still looked like complete total crap. The funny thing about this entire thing was he told my credit card company that customer satisfaction was his number one goal However, if he doesn’t know about the problem he can’t fix it 🤣🤣🤣 that made me laugh so hard . He’s knows about my problem since day one has failed to respond to this review or even call me to make it right . I went or called his shop 6 times from may to July and everytime I asked for him id get one of his employees who give me the run around and Apparently don’t pass messages along. If he honestly wanted to make this right he would’ve contacted me a long time ago . He told me the wrinkles would come out in days they turned around and said weeks and told my credit card company he told me months . But at this point I’m not even holding my breath . ID STAY FOR AWAY IF YOUR GETTING TINT JOBS OR LEATHER SEATS . There are tons of other businesses in the area who will do a better job .
