Decided to use someone else even tho the price was higher due to that interaction. Economy Glass is a great example. When my windshield cracked recently, I first checked out the national chain as a default. But they were 50 miles away and could not fix it for almost two weeks. When I called Economy Glass, Lewis gave me a reasonable quote, he had a replacement in stock, and my new windshield was installed in less than 24 hours after I first called him. And, as he explained, with a better-quality product than the original Subaru part (I later researched online and verified that claim). Friendly. High Quality. Fast. Fair priced. The last year we’ve had a windshield replaced, a rock chip repaired, and a door window that fell off the hinges fixed. Every time we come in, they make us feel important and get us taken care of right away. It’s also worth pointing out that they are more mechanically equipped and experienced than advertised. This is a family-owned business that’s been around for over 30 years and they have it figured out! The prices are always fair and reasonable. We’ve been pleased with the quality of work provided on every occasion. What makes them extremely outstanding is the customer service they provide! We walk away knowing that we are taken car of and when the time comes, we will be back! Thank you, Lewis and family!
