I started looking around a couple weeks ago because I knew I WANTED my windows tinted just didn’t know when I’d get them. I threw a post up on a FACEBOOK group and got several options I actually followed up with every single one. The price points were about the same 285-300$ after actually going to someone( JBS mobile tint ) I had gave him a call last week he told me he was booked I said that’s fine I’ll follow up next week ( week of 05/28/21) I got a hold of him Thursday evening because I had an early day at work. Now I was excited about this job I felt like the ball was finally rolling ! JB and I had talked and MAYBE I miss heard what he said but when I told him I had cash and I would of been able to hand it over right then and there , he told me to go to HIM ( the MOBILE tint guy ) this was a 45 minute drive with super heavy traffic but for some tints I’d do it !! On top of that I asked if there was anything else I needed to do as far as prep work he said to get the car washed since he’d have to be in there and to move anything that might be in his way. Understandable entirely ! So I got it washed at kady car wash paid 12$ When I finally arrived to jbs house he came out and we talked but he THOUGHT I had said I’d drop it off even though on the PHONE I said I couldn’t leave it over night I have to drive to work at 6:00 am so naturally with that being verbally said I was under the impression he understood I wouldn’t be able to leave it. This guy came out and told me he couldn’t do it and he didn’t make an attempt to come up with a solution being a mobile tint guy and knowing HIS schedule we should have been able to schedule something after a 45 MINUTE DRIVE! In a perfect world sure that would of happened but no instead he gave me 10$ for my tank but it was my time that was waisted and sure my gas was but that was just a band-aid solution for a preventable issue. Now I called GET WRAPPED and I was able to SET an appointment that same day not FOR the same day but we discussed our schedule and came up with a SOLUTION! I’m extremely satisfied with the level of customer service the owner provided , the after care info he gave me and mostly how cool the dude is. We had a great talk about cars in general before he started working and that went a long way with me because I for sure have some more work for him in the future !!!
