They wouldn’t make any extra effort to get job done because it would have taken an extra 20 minutes. Owner seems very arrogant and probably doesn’t care. Very easy to schedule and excellent work done on my brand new Ford Maverick. Plus, received 2 discounts: a construction discount and military discount. They applied both so the price reduction was significant. I purchased an RSI SmartCap from them and did a self install, but their techs were so helpful and gave me tips to ensure I did it correctly. Also had my windows tinted on a new vehicle and it was completed within a few hours. They gave me a reasonable quote ahead of time based on online install instructions, kept me updated throughout the install (even called to double check that I was okay with them cutting my original bumper), and they finished faster than they expected. The final price beat the quote they gave me by about $250 and the truck was back home the same day. Their pricing was outstanding and extremely fair. Most places have a 1 hour minimum labor charge. This place only charged me 1/2 hour labor for work that took every bit of 1/2 hour if not more. They are extremely efficient and knowledgeable. The technician was courteous and knew what he was doing. Special shout out to Michelle (I believe she is the office manager). She is Top Knotch! This place is very busy but she manages it very well.
