They have the right to refuse business but I felt that was extremely unprofessional, lacking customer service. This supposedly came from the owner. Most businesses in my experience would try to make up for the lack of service not tell the customer off for calling them out. I’ve purchased tint, remote (app) starters, ceramic coatings, paint treatments, and now sending over my 2021 F150 for the works (tint, rolling cover, ceramic, Rhino, protective film). I would not trust anyone except Ziebart. The work is top notch and you can’t beat the customer service. I’m a proud long term customer and can’t recommend these guys enough. Go here and get the job done right. Go somewhere else and take a risk.
