I primarily dealt with the owner, Kon, who has been doing it for nearly 30 years and it shows! He was so friendly and responsive. I showed up for a quote with three of my young boys. They were completely out of control and terrorized the property while I was talking with Kon. He was so patient with them! I was very indecisive and he helped me make an informed decision. His prices were more than fair compared with the other quotes I got from around town. However, The Spokane Shop is by far the best place that I’ve ever used. I called for an appointment and they were able to fit me in quickly. They were very professional. The quality of work they did on my Tiguan was amazing. Their prices aren’t just competitive, they wipe the floor with the competition. Secondly, I got my truck tinted at a nationwide company and got my wife’s truck tinted here and the results from here are hands down better. They worked with me on timing as well to get the job done. Kon quoted me the price and said he was about 3 weeks out for scheduling. I was leaving for Arizona in a couple days and he said he had the time that afternoon if I wanted to leave the truck for about an hour he could have it done. He texted me back about 45 minutes later saying it was done and I can come get it. The truck looks great and I am very pleased.
