Review: So shocker i have a broken window. I think the majority of us looking up this business can say the same. I read the reviews looked at the website and saw the word upfront pricing. I can respect that. So i called and was immediately put on hold for a few minutes, but that didn’t bother me. Your busy i get that so am I. So i patiently waited on hold and the female, i am assuming receptionist, resumes the call. The call goes like normal i explain to her my problem she goes i can have someone come out next week take a look and give you an estimate to repair. I thought great that was easy. Then she says “I will need you to put a $75 dollar deposit down to confirm the appointment.” Ok i get that so i ask “What if i chose to go with another company will i get my deposit back?” Her response was “yes but if you chose to stay with us that $75 dollars will go towards the cost of the repair. The deposit is just to secure the appointment.” Ok so i am thinking win win either way. I go with a different company and get my money back or the money goes to a repair. Things are never that simple though. So they come out are here for like 5 mins to get the “dimensions” of the window and i get a call, im working so they leave me a voicemail. The overall cost of the repair is $281 and some change but with your deposit you only have to pay $206 and some change. I’m in my head I’m thinking ok that is more money that i can afford right now let me call them back get my money back and i can save to that maybe next paycheck i can afford to get it done no hard no foul. I call them requesting my deposit back and am told “sorry that is non refundable. That is a service charge for having out people come out to give you that estimate.” Now i could have been a Karen given attitude and demanded to speak with a manager if not for the miscommunication but for the way the receptionist spoke to me on the phone. She spoke to me like i was stupid and she was just completely done with her day and exhausted from her job. Again i have worked in a call center believe me i get it. The reason for my one star is because if i was told BEFORE i paid the deposit that it was non refundable and would not be given back to me and it is a service fee. That would have been totally fine its the fact that when i was trying to figure out why. I was talked down to and not given the same respect that i gave their employee. If it was nicely explain before or even after and broken down for me i wouldn’t be leaving this review. I legit have only left reviews for places were i don’t feel like i was shown the same respect that i gave.

Review: I would give ZERO stars if I could! Took more than 10 weeks to get the windows because the tech didn’t measure right, we tried telling them that, but they have so much experience, they won’t listen to anything you have to say. The job that was done was rushed, botched and completely unprofessional. When trying to address the issue, they just kept telling us how experienced they were and experience listen to us speak. Interrupted and talked over us. They can’t even see with their “experienced” eyes, that this job is horrible. Looks awful, not sealed properly, one window is not even level, caulking Looks like a child did it. We could have done this job ourselves for a fraction of the price! It would’ve cost us $300 and they charged $2000 for 4 custom basement windows that don’t even fit properly. They are terrible to work with and won’t listen to you if you’re a woman, they ignore you completely.

Review: They inspected the broken window, gave me a price for the replacement,
set up a time. They told me how long it would take if I waited and they were right on the money. No hidden costs. Yes I would highly recommend the Glass Doctor. A couple of years ago I needed assistance with some doors at KXLY Broadcasting and the bailed me out of that situation also.

Review: Scheduled an appointment, called to find out why they weren’t onsite. Wouldn’t answer my question. Hung up on me. Don’t waste your time if you value commitment or customer service.
