Review: I have tried giving these guys a chance to sell me something about a dozen times over the past few years. The guys up front just know nothing about their products, or their display doesn’t work and they say, well, I guess we can’t hear speakers. If you can’t get a display to work how are people going to trust you with their vehicles? The guys also don’t know the product lines and constantly mix up component and coaxial speakers. They don’t know prices or where things sit in the product line comparatively. Every time I try to give them a chance, it reminds me why I shop online or go to the other “toy” store when I want to hear a product display that works. Likely they guys working the front are just taking orders from unsuspecting people who have no clue and trust this shop.

Review: I booked an appointment to have an alarm removed from my truck last weekend and I showed up to the North Spokane location instead of the Valley location I booked at.
The valley location was kind enough to keep the slot open for me to show up and get the work done I requested, but here’s the best part…
When I showed up, I spoke with the 2 gentlemen in-store at the time and explained why I wanted the alarm removed and instead of just going ahead and doing what I wanted, they troubleshooted the problem I was trying to fix and guess what, no alarm removal needed! They actually took the time to diagnose my trucks problem and then they didn’t charge me a dime. These guys are what you call experts in customer service and I will surely be glad to have the valley location do work for me now. I’ve always gone through the North Spokane location for my audio/stereo work but I may just start making the longer drive to go to the valley. Thanks guys!!!

Review: Duuuuude I found my new sound spot thanks to a recommendation from another sound place! And it’s no wonder why they sent me there.
