Review: I recently used Mr. Detail for my car detail. I was debating between two and three stars.
We paid for the mini detail. It was so not worth the money in my opinion. The outside of the car was clean and detailed well, but the inside detailing job was passable, but definitely not the high quality clean I expected given the price that I paid. There was some dirt left on the floor mat and some smudges here and there.
The customer service was great and the staff were nice. I am not sure I plan on coming here again. I have seen better ratings for other auto detailing shops in the area with better pricing as well.
If you want a passable job but not overly clean job, I recommend Mr. Detail. If you are looking for something that is spotless clean, I recommend another detail shop in the area. I am sure they have better pricing also for what you get.

Review: Do not bring your vehicles here unless you don’t mind over spending. I got an interior detail for a small car (the $225 option) and was charged an extra $150. $75 of that was for pet hair- I DONT HAVE PETS! The other $75 was for “stain removal”- still have the stains. I ended up paying $400, which is much more than what I wanted to spend. I will never bring another vehicle here again. There are plenty other businesses in the area with more ethical pricing.

Review: Brought in a car that wasn’t particularly dirty, we just didn’t have the products on hand and time to clean it ourselves. Not only was the car not properly cleaned and the person we picked it up from had to go back in to clean wipe down most of the areas again, but they also charged us almost $500 — insane. Whole place acted like they were too good for our business (we were paying full price, not complaining about some groupon mind you). Just all around terrible experience. Save your time and money and go to a place that actually wants to get your business and do a proper job.

Review: I would highly recommend! they did a fantastic job buffing out some road paint that had hit our car. Rod was amazing at communicating and providing incredible customer service.

Review: I am very happy with the service I received at Mr. Detail. There was a small issue that arose during the detailing process and they dealt with it with excellent customer service and care. I will definitely use them again.

Review: Very disappointing service. I spent over $500 which included a $90 tip to the staff to realize that several of my vehicle’s plastic inserts from the center console and passenger doors were missing. When I called to get this corrected – they could not find all of them and offered me a “10% discount on my next service”. Why would I want what is essentially a newspaper coupon that requires me to use their service again after staff lost parts of my relatively new car?
I told the rep that I wanted them to cover the cost which they did and when I arrived he apologized and said that “It happens with quick details”. I paid over $500 to have my car serviced and they are telling me their staff treated it as a quick detail which was just sad.
I have paid much less money and didn’t have parts of my car missing at the end of the day. Also – they didn’t even do a good job of detailing my car and left every compartment just as dirty as when I brought it in even though I made sure they were all clear of personal belongings to make it easier on the staff. I didn’t think that such an expensive service would be so bad.

Review: We have been here a number of times in the past to have our car detailed and am sad to say we will probably be taking our business elsewhere moving forward due to a poor experience during our most recent visit. We had an appointment for a car clean on a Saturday am and had specificed that we’d like it back within 24 hours when making the booking (yes, this is an option when filling out intake form), however when we arrived a woman who checked us in *very unapologetically* stated the earliest they’d be able to get it back is by end of day Tuesday. I understand that they’re closed on Sunday so I’d be more understanding of a Monday pick up, but Tuesday EOD really felt like a stretch. In general, my recommendation for this business is to reconsider how they approach bookings since it feels like there’s a large disconnect between client expectations and the reality of when jobs can be completed. If there’s no chance that I can pick my car up within 24 hours after a small clean job then don’t allow that as an option when I’m making my appointment.
I feel like I’d be more forgiving, too, if it were not for this woman’s attitude, which was just was so off-putting. This is unfortunate since our prior experiences in regards to their customer service have been so positive (as it should be, especially considering their prices).
