Review: Perfection Glass is a company that delivers quality. I upgraded my basement with new sliders (small casement windows). Such an improvement astatically. And of course, totally energy efficient. Workers added a cosmetic trim to “frame” them. Nicely done. Worker’s skill level very high. Management coordinated details well. Product totally backed up by staff. I would recommend them to anyone. BTW, I had no idea that the fixed pane in my kitchen window (another large slider) could be replaced instead of the whole unit. Quality replacement at a fraction of the price quoted by “others”. Thank you for your integrity!!

Review: I have worked with company for years and all of the sudden I get a call from one of the estimators prior to our appointment that he was told by upper management not to provide me with a quote. When I called them to ask there reasoning why. They could not provide an answer except that just upper management decided they dont want to provide me a quote. Why?? They have completed several glass projects in the past both in Tri-Cities and Walla Walla. But now they dont want anything to continue business? It was extremely rude for their company to make an appointment with me and the fact I had to drive all the way from Yakima, WA just for them to tell me their not interested 5 minutes prior to the meeting. I hope there business fails because of this rude customer service and they should not be treating customers like this. I take my money and business elsewhere and I will recommend to everyone to stay away from this company.
