When I filed a complaint to the owner he said “I’m sorry you feel that way” and that was all. Once work had been completed on my vehicle they tried to charge me more than the original agreed upon price. Luckily I still had the text message with the original pricing they had given me. To top it all off they never contacted me once my vehicle was ready for pickup after I explicitly asked them to call me as I needed my car later in the day.
