In addition, a lack of concern for customers’ time and energy has been shown on multiple occasions. I recommend taking your business elsewhere. Back in 2022 I had the autoglass clinic replace a cracked windshield on my car. I was sold on the autoglass clinic by their focus on quality and craftsmanship. I think they did a perfectly fine job with the windshield, but my car is a modern vehicle with rain sensing wipers, etc, which requires the sensor adhesive to be replaced at the time of windshield replacement. They didn’t replace it, even though they said they would. Ultimately, rather than schedule another appointment to have them replace it, I replaced it myself. Small inconvenience and cost, but one I shouldn’t have had to face. Fast forward a couple years, and a different, brand new, vehicle. I’m looking to have the front windows tinted to match the factory tint on the rear. I emailed the autoglass clinic for scheduling and a price estimate; I never heard back. A few days later I called and spoke with a very kind woman who explained that she didn’t normally do scheduling but that she’d take my information and get it to the person that does. Again, a few days go by and nothing. Somewhat frustrated, ignoring red flags, and just wanting to get the windows tinted I called back. This time I spoke with someone who took my information, quoted me a price, and scheduled me for 3:00 Monday afternoon. Mind you, like most folks, my time is extremely valuable. I work a day job, run a small business, have a family, etc. etc. You can imagine how I felt when I showed up for my appointment and the person who initially scheduled it says to me, “there’s a problem, our tinter actually got fired, but we’ve hired our old tinter back and he starts on Saturday, so can you come back Saturday.” I asked, “Is there a reason nobody called me to tell me that my appointment had been cancelled.” To which the employee responded no. The folks who own and operate this place are incredibly friendly and helpful both in person and on the phone. They fixed my window for a very reasonable price and did it in less than an hour! The window works great now. I will definitely come back to this place if I ever need work done.
