Review: I always go to Novus when I have a window issue. I reccomend them to all my friends as well. Locally owned and always willing to help you out at fare pricing. They keep me updated if the cost changes or they find something during the job. After job clean up is always great , returning my car back to me with the shiniest of windows and the faintest of smells of the glass cleaner they use, that I love so much. If it came in a fragrance tree I would by it cause it smells so clean and gets/makes the windows shine.

Review: It turns out that we were to far away to use there car window replacement service or crash wrap for our window while we were on vacation. Amanda made a few phone calls on our behalf to get us a temporary solution of a crash wrap closer to where we were staying. She made a bad experience of someone breaking into my car and breaking the window into a much better day, so we can now drive home. Your customer service was outstanding!!! Thank you.
