When my windshield damage initially occurred I was able to get in touch with someone right away. They asked me to text a picture to confirm whether it needed replacement or repair, and were able to accurately quote me on the spot with just my license plate information. Life got busy and it took me several weeks to get around to booking it. By then the damage was much worse and I needed it repaired ASAP. When I called back to book, they were able to get me on the schedule for the NEXT DAY! And best part, they came to me! Every part of the process was so easy! They did a great job and I am so relieved to have a safe vehicle again. Also pricing was extremely competitive. They were the lowest quote for my Volvo’s windshield (which requires a very specific type of glass and was up to 60% more expensive elsewhere), including compared to shops that wanted to keep my car overnight. Using them is a no brainer. Nobody likes the hassle of replacing a broken windshield. It’s not fun, it’s expensive, and you’re never sure if you are being taken advantage of. I called the big impersonal places, good price, until you look at all the add-on fees. I found Jason, and got a real live person on the phone who could give real numbers and a timeline. Jason does mobile service and came right to my driveway. He’s been doing this a very long time (I think he said 30 years) and it shows. Super nice guy, detail oriented and not a rush job. He made sure things were right and told me his work is warrantied, and he would be the individual standing behind it.
