It can be really daunting as a woman shopping for car parts and accessories, however I never once felt that way here. Tyler was wonderful!! I brought my 2000 Wrangler TJ in for a full stereo system. Because it’s a Jeep, during the summer it’s mostly topless and open for theft, therefore I have 4 locking Tuffy security speaker boxes and a Tuffy security trunk for stereo parts which I’m sure didn’t make install easy. He made sure to to pay attention to all the details to make the sounds quality the best it could be while in a tin can of a car, without the top on. he even surprised me by fixing my broken glove box (which arrived taped to my dash) as well as repairing a terminal on my battery I didn’t even know was eroding! That kind of customer service is what dreams are made of. I truly felt cared about. I felt like quality over quantity was what they believed in. Also, due to my moisture concerns I had boat speakers installed in the jeep and they sound is great!! I have zero regrets choosing this company. Made an appointment on a Saturday for warranty work. Came back 2hrs later and the vehicle hadn’t moved. When I came inside and and asked ” what the Eff” I was accused of swearing at the counter rep and they refused to complete the warranty work and extra work I was will to pay for. I got to the shop to find it was closed and the angry person above the shop yelling that they’re closed and I didn’t call. Well, I talked to someone. I had plans to do a full audio system for my vehicle but now I will take my business elsewhere. I didn’t call on Sunday, I called on Monday. As a matter of fact, I called using the link sent to me via the text message that is sent confirming/reminding of an upcoming appointment. You would think that if there is some kind of a central dispatch location then they would either know where the appointment is made or ask that info. Like I said, I will never spend a dime with Foss Audio. I have discouraged my friends and coworkers from shopping there as well. The response from the “owner” is telling enough about how bad the customer service is. To just blame the customer for calling the wrong business makes about as much sense as the jerk yelling like a lunatic that I didn’t call them before I showed up.
