Review: The guys here were great and quick to respond. Tint was installed without issue and exactly what I asked for with the price being better than anywhere else in the area that I reached out to.

Review: This place was amazing I made an appointment for early morning they where right on time…. Yass and Vince took care of me, the did my tint in an amazing speed for the best price, couldn’t have asked for a better price or customer service, this place is the best of the best. You want your windows tinted? Then this is the place for you

Review: I called and spoke to a man on the phone who was nice enough at first but very unprofessional when answering the phone. He did not state the name of the business, he just answered, “hello?”, just as anybody would answer their home or cell phone and when I suspiciously started asking for the name of the business, he stated the name and then, in an annoyed tone, asked why I was calling. I told him I was interested in window tinting services and again, he was nice enough at first but then seemed to lose patience very quickly and got annoyed when I started asking particular questions about the window tinting process and cost, trying to clarify what he was telling me. He annoyedly said, why don’t you just come in and look at what we have available. I asked if there was more information available on the website and he said no, their website is very outdated. When I started asking questions again, he invited me to come into the shop again, in a very annoyed manner. It felt like he not only did not have time for me, a paying customer looking to spend apparently at least $350, readily and like I was in fact bothering him and getting on his nerves. And apparently he is under the impression that this is not only okay but that I should also come down to their shop to experience this lack of customer service and common courtesy, in person. Common Sense would dictate that I do not, however that seems to have missed him. It certainly has not missed me, though, so I will take my money somewhere else, where they have the time and patience to answer my questions and educate me on what they have to offer, while treating me with common courtesy and respect, inherent in proper customer service.
