They were able to diagnose and replace the regulator the very next day. I broke out the rear window of my vehicle accidentally and called around several places. This one had the lowest price at $260. I called back twice and confirmed both times. I brought my vehicle in and had the rear window replaced. When the work was finished, I was given an invoice to pay for $360. I asked why the price changed from $260 to $360 and the man at the left desk told me that it was a “misquote” and I should not have expected to get an Audi rear window replaced for that price. At no point prior to the work being completed was I given any indication the price would be other than $260. I live several hours away and had my two little kids with me, so I paid and did not argue further. I got the feeling that this was a common tactic at this business. If anyone else has this issue with these guys, I would be happy to back you up with my story. Finally, I opened my rear cargo door when I got home and I could hear rattling of little glass bits. Note to the owner: even at $360, you were the lowest price. The bait and switch is unnecessary. It may get you a bit more cash in the short run, but it will lead to a bad reputation and possible steep fines from the government and harsh punitive judgement in court. They agreed upon a price to replace the glass for me, but waited to come help until it was after they close so they could charge me an additional $100 for an after hours call. Even though they said they would get to me once I had the glass, we sat for over an hour and a half for them to get to us after they agreed to come. When I expressed that the price was different than what was quoted, I got passed off to the owner who cussed me out, and threatened me if I refused to pay his additional charges. Sad how unprofessional the experience ended for the work they did. If you baby your truck you can trust them to keep everything nice and sharp. To be honest I recommend this place to everyone looking to get a great price for quality service.
