Didn’t inform me that payment in cash was cheaper till last minute. Also they let thir little dog climb all over my leather seats leaving little paw prints. My car’s drivers side window was damaged by someone when it was parked by Costco on Saturday. It was completely shattered, glass was everywhere in the car and inside the door, rattling around. I called Ryan’s Monday morning, dropped it off that evening. They stored it inside to secure it and protect it from the stormy rain. Fixed the next day with no drama. The glass inside the car was removed like it didn’t happen. They even waited a little past close so I could pick it up. 5 stars.
