Sent in a quote request on their website before they opened for the day. Ended up driving down there in between my busy schedule just before they closed as I got no response. The front desk was nice enough to tell me about the free dinner program to windshield customers while waiting a few minutes for the estimate. Another desk clerk apologized for the delay in responding to the email request and noted she had just finished the estimate due to increased work volume that day. Got the estimate for OEM and ordered the same day. Was promptly told I would have to call the insurer and get confirmations sent instead of them handling that. Got scheduled to come in 15 days later. Showed up early for my appointment and was promptly told it would be a 3 hour wait. While waiting I hear other customers arrive and all where promptly provided loaners. Again I am extremely busy. When attempting to clarify the loaner discrepancy, I was told albeit in a joking manner the wait would not kill me. I really was not in the mood for the humor but I let it go. To the credit of establishment, my windshield was done in about an hour and 15 minutes. I was able to get an estimate for my other vehicle during the wait. In a gesture of good faith of continued business, I added on the wiper blades and the Aquapel service. This was also done in the total time of about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was never provided the free dinner coupon as explained when I originally arrived…. If they handled the insurance, provided a loaner or information on how to schedule a loaner, and honored the dinner service, which I would not have even known about, then this would have been white glove service through and through… The delay in responding to the original quote is understandable due to many other shops in the area closing. As an aside, the work has not been installed long enough for me to assess the actual installation outcomes.
