Review: Had both our vehicles detailed. They looked fabulous when done! Was able to drop them off when it was convenient for us and they had both of them done sooner than expected. Excellent customer service and fair pricing. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Review: Gold package for a Honda pilot. Exterior and interior. $380
People were friendly and helpful. Building and area were clean.
Overall the detail was done well, but for the price I paid, I expected the carpet to be vacuumed under the floor mats. The driver side plastic seat frame was broken during the detail. And I specifically asked an area in the back seat to be deodorized and a stain taken out, and that did not happen. The odor is still very present. Wax was left on the paint in various places on the outside.
Prices are about 10-20% higher than local competitors.

Review: I can’t say enough how amazing these guys are! Ari was able to sneak my new car in for the full lifetime warranty paint protection. They are super busy, but he managed to get my new car in right away so I didn’t have to drive around for a few weeks without it. They were quick, professional, and it looks fantastic! The price was very reasonable. I live in the San Juan Islands, and I will definitely still be bringing my vehicle up to these guys whenever I need my car taken care of. Hats off to the entire crew!

Review: I got my car windows tinted here and they did a really great job. I didn’t have to wait very long to get in and they did the job in less than a day. They also had the best prices in town. I definitely recommend them.

Review: Love the work Adam and team did on my new to me (used) vehicle. Straight forward quote and setting realistic expectations to the final product, Adam went above and beyond.
Work included whole car paint correction and clearing all glass of hard water spots.
Adam and Ari provided excellent communication and customer service. Courtesy vehicle was also a pleasant bonus and convenience.

Review: Outstanding how horrible this experience was!
I had to drop my Volvo off for a pretty decent spill in the back due to a car repair. Was happy to pay the 400 for the clean up and was excited to have it done. Upon dropping my car off I explained where the spill was and allowed them to see it just to make sure it was still something they could do. They assured me all would be fine. I didn’t want my mats for my car any longer nor my seat covers was happy to donate them if they wanted. Turns out some folks detailing the car ended up taking the mats and thanked me for them.
I get a call the same day that my car is now finished. Seemed pretty fast seeing as I paid for the inside and outside to be detailed. Upon picking it up it looked great. I was happy the spill was gone and the inside smelt fresh. Upon getting in to drive my car seat was stuck in a forward position and would not allow me to recline back. As I went to check it out there was soap and water all over the electrical and clearly shot the wires and I couldn’t recline. I called them over and the man said “ well that’s weird there is nothing wet down there” which is wild because I could see it and feel it. He said we don’t clean under the seats. “Again wild seeing as I paid for a full detail” then proceeded to tell me I drove in like that. “AGAIN WILD” because I couldn’t even drive it out with how forward the seat was. Then I noticed none of the flooring was dry and there was still suds in the flooring. “Everyone seemed too busy to help” I was told to call to speak to the manager. Calling 5 times NO ONE returned my calls. I got this detail done months ago. Wet floors and a broken seat. Still no help, no conversation. All I’d want is at least a minimal refund for the half assed job and the broken seat. Customer service is lacking here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. An apology could have gone a long way.

Review: Amazing 🤩 friendly customer service and spa services for your car. My used very old Jeep was in total disarray like a frat party and these guys did an incredible job to remove dirt, mold and years -yes, years! – of dirt on the inside and outside! Super happy with the job they did! Kudos to al the staff and special thanks to the young men who cleaned my Jeep💪

Review: So I accidentally brushed up against a car while parking and got some of its green paint transferred onto my car. It’s white so you could see the green slash marks pretty clearly. I’m extremely OCD about my car looking clean so I had to search up a car detailing shop quick. This was also my first time ever going to a shop so I was prepared to pay like $100+ or something since car-related problems are always ridiculously expensive. On top of all that I don’t know anything about cars so someone easily could’ve taken advantage of me which is my biggest fear with having car troubles.
Thankfully I found Final Touch Auto Spa and walked right in unannounced to see if they could check it out and let me know if they could get the paint transfer off and for how much. ADAM, with the best customer service I’ve ever seen, was in the middle of working on a client’s car and greeted me at the front desk. In just 5 mins, I had told him what happened, showed him and he took the time to drop what he was doing and take care of it for me. Looked like nothing happened by the end of it!
It really made my week experiencing that with all my anxiety about cars. What I came in with wasn’t a huge deal but I easily could have been charged a good chunk of change. I’m extremely grateful for my experience at Final Touch Auto Spa. I won’t forget it! Thank you Adam! I look forward to trusting them with my car in the future!
