Review: They can’t deal with scratches even it is light. I did lots of research and ask many shops around before I chose them. Some shops said they can totally remove some of scratch, but LUXWA said they can take all of them and I will not see these scratches anymore. So I chose them. But when I picked up my car, the results made me feel disappointed. I can see all scratches not matter it is light one or heavy one. The result just looks like they washed my car put some Amazon bought paint to the place then they told me it is finished. It is far away from my expectation and their descriptions. Also, they charged me $374, I shared some pictures here and i don’t think it worth this price.

Review: LUXWA is hands down the best place to take your vehicle(s) to be detailed. The level of work that went into my car did not go unnoticed. With two kids and two dogs, my VW Atlas can get pretty dirty. They went above and beyond to ensure it was spotless, no more dog hair or sticky finger marks on my windows. I have never seen my car that clean and polished before. Their level of customer service is unmatched. I will be referring all my friends and family to LUXWA and look forward to bringing my car in again soon.

Review: I took my 2016 Volkswagen Jetta to LUXWA in Bellevue and they Corrected My Paint & Ceramic Coated my car and it looks brand new again!! Would highly recommend taking your car to this shop. Customer Service is on point!

Review: I can’t thank enough for the kind of customer service I received here at LUXWA | Professional Auto Detailing at Bellevue from the management all the way to their staff. This morning, our vehicle, a 2021 Toyota Rav4 was very hazardous due to residual broken glasses after somebody smashed its windows. Now it is kid friendly again, safe for my turning 3 year old boy. The vehicle smells very nice, super clean, their place is customer friendly, customer service was top-notch(special thanks to Daniel) and their management, Leon, he is very accommodating and helpful with your detailing needs.
I will definitely come back and refer them to my peers!
I am very satisfied and happy that our vehicle is back to its pristine condition and safe for my family.

Review: Antoni and the team did an amazing job! This was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Everything was handled on-time, all my questions answered, and I was treated like a priority the entire time. Came in to have some minor paint damage restored; walked out with my car looking brand new both inside and out. Feel very confident that my car will get the white glove treatment when I come back.

Review: These guys did a great job on my 2011 hatchback Impreza interior. The previous owner had the car in a horrible condition. Pet hair everywhere and stains, but LUXWA was able to get it all. Oh, I forgot to mention these guys are wholesome. Customer service can’t be beat. They hooked me up with a bag for my loose items in the trunk and a bottle of seltzer water for the road. Top notch.
