Review: Vehicle looks awesome after having their new coating applied. Price was fair. This is my second vehicle done here. Taking my truck back to have the ceramic removed and the new coating applied. Great place to do business.

Review: Thank you for taking care of my wife’s birthday gift. I didn’t think it was possible for a car to shine anymore that it does coming off the factory but you guys did it. Amazing 1st Class customer service from start to finish (Samantha/Devon/Leland). Definitely referring my friends and coworkers to go see them for their ceramic coating needs, I highly recommended everyone to go see them. Price is right on point and the after service perks to include $50 detailing services is amazing. Thanks again Ceramic Kings of Virginia Beach!

Review: Ceramic King Coatings will forever be my go to place to get my cars ceramic coated. I took my 15 S550 mustang almost 2 years ago and just a couple of weeks ago I brought my 22 Cadillac CT4 both got fully paint corrected and ceramic coated. I can assure you that the price is well worth it for the amazing quality. They were very quick to get the car finished, communication is on point, and they answered any of my questions very quickly. I have recommended this place to everyone I know that is in the market to get their car ceramic

Review: I had an appt for full ceramic coating scheduled for a Friday morning and I dropped it off the day prior. The turnaround time for the vehicle was Sunday, but I did not receive my vehicle back until a few days later with no communication. I had to reach out multiple times for an update on the vehicle. I’m a very anxious person when I leave my car in someone else’s care so that’s the biggest reason I’m giving them less than 5 stars. The reason they said my car was taking much longer than anticipated was that they were backed up… which is understandable, but please communicate with your clients. The car looked just as good as when it came in. Nothing too crazy was done to it and no extra detailing seemed to have gone into it either. It did feel nice and slick though. I thought the car would be detailed better considering the price, but it looked the same. They were nice people though.

Review: I received service with a brand new car. I was very excited to have the ceramic done as I waited for my car to be shipped. Once my car came in I took my car in. Customer service was very good, but the service it self was not worth it. I had to take my car there 3 times and still saw brush marks and scratches that I was told would go away once it cured. It never did. Please do your research!!!!! I had to have a complete paint correction along with re-ceramic the whole car. I paid again for a job and product that should have been applied correctly the first time. Just do your homework and seek out other detail shops.
***UPDATE***
I just want to say Leland and Ashley made this wrong right. Like I said the customer service was and is great!!!!!!! We were able to correct what was done. I am very satisfied with the outcome. That is an owner that keeps his word!!!!

Review: YPDATE as of 17 Feb 2024: 2nd vehicle now, and Sam the customer Service rep absolutely KNOWS THE BISINESS. , My closing comments below stand true to todays visit. My FIRST RECOMMENDATION for this type of service. Conducted research on several like businesses and this place really stood out! Toured thier facility and met the employees that do the work, they all seemed very passionate about the job as well as detail oriented. This was what I observed of them while they worked on a customer’s car.
Samantha and Landon walked me through all of the steps before I made the decision. Upon delivery, Samantha noticed a few spots that arrived on the car in between the time they completed it and I arrived. ironically, she asked if she could grab some product and a few rags to wipe the small spots off. Car came out AMAZING, what a big difference. Ceramic Technology, strongly recommend you look here.
