Review: Heard about Automotive Aesthetic through word of mouth. These guys do excellent work for competitive pricing, are incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented, and inspire confidence in their craft. Bryan and Steven were personable, conversational, and seemed more than happy to explain their processes and answer questions about long-term care in depth. My car looks better than new. They’ve got a loyal customer after my first visit!

Review: Impeccable service. Went in for an estimate and was expecting to get recommended services that were out of my price range, but I was instead received with amazing knowledge and service. The whole process was great from booking a reservation, dropping the car off, and finally getting the final product. I did not even know paint could feel so smooth… and those results were only from a stage 1 polish. Would highly recommend and will certainly be returning for more services in the future.
(Unfortunately do not have before detail/polish pictures but I hope these ones suffice to show their amazing work)

Long Version:
My initial encounter with Automotive Aesthetic revolved around my newly acquired Ford Expedition. After an underwhelming experience with another local shop that claimed to “detail” my vehicle shortly after purchase, I gained a newfound appreciation for the varying levels of skill in the detailing industry. Fortunately, Automotive Aesthetic is conveniently located in our area, and their unmatched ability to rectify paint imperfections, whether from the factory or previous “detailers,” truly sets them apart.
I opted for their pick-up service, and Steven and Bryan arrived promptly as scheduled. They meticulously assessed the vehicle with me, attentively noting my areas of concern and the specific services I desired. Their uncanny knack for identifying issues I couldn’t even perceive, coupled with their ability to elucidate potential causes, left me thoroughly impressed. In the end, I decided on Modesta BC-04 for the vehicle and BC-06 for wheel coating. Given my vehicle’s black exterior, I also selected the 2-stage paint correction for both the body and the painted sections of the wheels.
Throughout the process, Graeme kept me well-informed, ensuring I remained in the loop. Approximately a week later (encouraged them to take their time), my SUV was returned to me, and I was left utterly astounded by the transformation. The paint exhibited an extraordinary depth of color and gloss, with the metallic flake shimmering more prominently than on the day of purchase. Those irksome “swirl” marks on my painted wheels, remnants of the previous detailer’s work, had vanished entirely.
Impressed by the team’s profound understanding of the art and science of detailing, I decided to have them apply a ceramic coat and perform their Signature Detail on my wife’s car. The results were nothing short of spectacular, and the pricing proved to be a remarkable value. My wife’s exact words upon seeing her car were, “This vehicle looks better than the day I bought it.” She later added that the team at Automotive Aesthetic cared more about her satisfaction with the car than the person who sold it to us.
In addition to being consummate artisans and professionals, these individuals are genuinely outstanding people. I eagerly look forward to each maintenance wash at their establishment, as the conversations are engaging, and their unwavering attention to detail takes the experience to the next level.
If you happen to reside in Charlottesville, Automotive Aesthetic should unquestionably be your preferred choice for detailing. For those outside the area, I hope I’ve provided you with yet another compelling reason to pay them a visit.
