Excellent customer service, wait time wasn’t terrible and the price isn’t the cheapest but it’s definitely worth it. Finding a place that does what it says it’s going to do, and doing it professionally with excellent results! I had an issue with the sound system in my car. I called Brian Schurg at Extreme Audio in Mechanicsville to review and discuss the problem (an issue with the factory system amplifier). He identified the problem over the phone and offered a suggest approach. We scheduled an appointment for 9AM. I arrived at 9 and my car was immediately taken into the EA shop for service. Not a minutes wait! The shop was spotless. The technicians I saw were involved and focused on the vehicles they were responsible for. The EA waiting area was clean and comfortable. Brian kept me informed about what was going on and when my car would be ready. It was ready a little before his estimated time and the price quoted was the price charged (none of this ‘Oops, we need to add $X.”) — These guys are straight shooters and know what they are doing. Absolutely the best mobile electronics and audio shop around! Go here!
