Review: Three level end unit townhouse in South Riding, VA. Lots of windows. Over half were fogged up. Vinyl-Lite did the job. Very impressed with their company, product, price and installation workmanship. Now planning a retirement house and Vinyl-Lite will be our 1st choice for doors and windows.

Review: I am a repeat customer of Vinyl-Lite since 2018. I have replaced standard windows and two complex bay windows. Vinyl-Lite also installed a new roof on my house. I have been very happy with the quality of their work and I haven’t seen a better price from competing companies or contractors. Ashley B. makes the sales process smooth and relaxed – not at all high pressure. He is knowledgeable on Vinyl-Lite products and home maintenance in general. Brittany in the front office is upbeat, responsive, and professional.

Review: What a great company! Windows were installed about 3 weeks ahead of scheduled time. Pricing was great. The measurements were perfect. The guys that installed were terrific
17 windows installed in 4 hours. Thank goodness I got several estimates. They were the best. I would give them a 10!

Review: Vinyl-Lite replace 6 windows in our rental property. The turn around time was excellent. I’m sure other companies would have taken 6 weeks or more. The installation crew arrive on time and did an excellent job. They look great. The price was very reasonable and the customer service was also great.

Price for sliding door and 3 windows was better than expected, and much better than 2 other independent contractors price, as I tend to give my business to smaller companies so I’m not paying for sales and advertising. Highly recommend.

Review: This company is excellent. If I could give 10 stars I would. Over the years, as a property owner of multiple rentals, I have used many companies for various upgrades, renovations, service, repairs, enhancements, landscaping, etc. None could compare to the professionalism and excellence as Vinyl-Lite Window Factory. Beginning with their outstanding sales representative, Ashley Becker, who took us through each step of the process of window installation, siding and a quick history of storm doors, and most importantly color – because really, who really knows about color except the people who work with colors on a day to day basis. Thank you Ashley.
The windows were installed in 1 day, all checked and rechecked by well experienced window techs. The caulking was precise, careful about every detail, not a gap to be seen. The siding was installed the next day. It was 20 degrees and there they were – 7:45 AM dressed to work. In the cold. Nonstop. The workers politely answered all my questions. Overall, the top grade materials and workmanship are exceptional. Oh yes, the customer service AAA +

Review: Terrible customer service. If I could give negative stars I would. Initially I was impressed when they came out fairly quickly after I called. Matt gave me his information and told me he would have a quote for me the following week. I cut some slack because that was Thanksgiving week. But after 2 1/2 weeks of not hearing anything I sent him an email asking when he might have a quote ready for me. When I didn’t get a response I called the next day. The girl who answered the phone put me on hold, then came back and said Matt was at a sales appointment but she could see that he was working on my quote and I would have it by the end of the day. That was three weeks ago and I’ve not heard a word. She clearly lied to me, or was told to lie to me. In the meantime I met with another company who actually worked up the quote on the spot. They had a contract over to me the next day, and also informed me that I would need an electrician to move one wire and that there would be some very minor painting to be done after the window is installed. Matt told me nothing of this, and I’m sure it’s applicable across-the-board. Don’t waste your time with them. They lie, they give incomplete information and they don’t follow through.
