I took the panel apart and connected it again —– Author: Zachary Silvis Rating: 5/5 Date: 9/18/2022, 2:03:33 PM Review: I visited here in March 2022 to get an estimate for a new radio in my Ford Fiesta because the Bluetooth in my stock radio was starting to fail. The rep who assisted me was very helpful, and recommended that I try to get a diagnosis from Ford to make sure that replacing the radio was necessary. I thought that was good advice, so I eventually had Ford look at it. Their diagnosis was that I needed an entirely new radio, but their quote was ~$200 more than Unique Audio’s quote. So I came back to Unique Audio in September 2022 to finally get the radio replaced. Not only did they already have the parts on hand, but they did the work the same day and the final price was exactly the same as the quote they gave me 6 months previous (I had expected some sort of up-selling due to the amount of time that had passed). When I picked up the car, they gave me a helpful demo of how the new radio worked. They even integrated it with the existing steering wheel controls, which was a huge plus. Definitely recommend Unique Audio! —– Author: Chris Williams Rating: 5/5 Date: 3/29/2022, 4:20:40 PM Review: Walked in with no appointment shortly after they opened on a Tuesday. They were able to get me in immediately for “troubleshooting” I stated I needed. My system was installed by another shop, but Unique was able to quickly identify the issue and resolve it. I appreciated they didn’t talk any smack about the install from the other shop and they didn’t try to tell me a bunch of things that needed to be fixed from the prior install (NO upselling!). They didnt round up for the full hour of tech time, gave me an extra fuse for my system and I left happy. Also a lounge area for you if you want to wait.
