I tried to get my rear window replaced by a competitor, which scheduled the service for 2 weeks first call and then rescheduled for another 2 weeks on the day of the service (after the agreed upon repair window was open) and said I had to come to their location with my undriveable vehicle (after I had clearly identified the car in the intake form). I contacted A Plus and Omed offered to do the work on-site the same day with the same aftermarket alternative. He also offered the OEM version (with a 1 week wait, naturally) and explained the differences thoroughly, which the competitor did not at all want to explain or discuss OEM replacement. Sadly, the first glass option did not work (which Omed explained was about a 20% chance), so he called around and found an alternative. A Plus took it upon themselves to retrieve the glass and return the next day for installation. The whole process took about an hour and a half, and looks amazing. Same warranty and lower price than their competitors in the area, with less hassle and a much better experience. Will use again for any auto glass work needed on my vehicles and recommend to others at every opportunity. Great Job, Guys! Got a quote from one of the big-name places and was ready to cry when I saw the price – and that was before taxes and the fee to have them come to my place. And it was gonna be at least 2 weeks before they could come out since I work during the week. Figured I should check out one of the local places and found A Plus Auto Glass. They quoted me less than HALF the other and that’s after taxes. No extra fee to come to me and they could even do it at my worksite if needed. He was able to do it the next day and it took him maybe an hour to get it done. The process was super easy and I’m very thankful they could get it done so quickly! The guy I spoke with was super friendly and professional.
