They were able to get me in right away with no appointment. The price was reasonable and the installation was quicker than expected. I went in looking to replace my factory head unit with a more up-to-date one. Very reasonable prices overall, and the unit was even $100 off. Best of all, I was able to sit and use the wifi in the store to get some work done while they got the unit installed. The technician then ensured my phone got connected and everything was working before I left.
