Review: I got a recommendation from my friend who was very happy with Auto detailers of Rockville . I am so glad I went with them because they are so professional. Jeremy did such a great job cleaning my car after my son had an accident and vomited in the back of the seat. He came on time and was very polite. They are reasonably priced.

Review: Great job! Car was cleaned just like I’d been hoping. Arrived early and efficient cleaning. Was able to use the car right away again when I needed to. Pricing was also very reasonable and competitive with other local services. Would definitely use and recommend again.

Review: Had my vehicle detailed today after customer vomited in my car. Elvis came thru and worked his magic to not only get the interior cleaned from Fronk to Trunk but also remove vomit from the carpets. These guys are reasonably priced and I suggest anyone that needs the interior detailed to contact them.

Review: My car hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned since prior to the pandemic, and was also involved in two long distance moves making it long overdue for a deep interior and exterior clean. I made an appointment with Auto Detailers of Alexandria through a Facebook recommendation. The company called me the morning of my appointment to see if I wanted to move up my scheduled basic detailing. Cyril was the man assigned to my car detailing, who showed up promptly. He did a phenomenal job deep cleaning both the interior and exterior of my Jeep. He noted that there were a lot of coffee spills that he shampooed up (which sounds accurate 🤣) and overall brought my vehicle back into pristine condition. Altogether, the customer service, convenience, detailing work itself and the price made it all worth it!

Review: Donte showed up on time with everything he needed to get the job done, and then he went to work! After a thorough 2+ hour job he cleaned up and was on his way. The car looks phenomenal and exactly what we had hoped for in a mobile detailing service. The price is excellent too. Highly recommend it if you are looking for this type of service!

Review: First time using ADA and it was a lovely experience from start to finish. The customer service rep (I think his name was John) took the time to explain the process since it was my first time detailing a car. I appreciated that reminders were sent before the service day.
Tyler, the detailer, arrived on time the day of and worked thoroughly on the car. Once he completed the work, I inspected the car and spotted few areas that needed some touches, and he quickly acted with a great attitude!
After the service, another rep called to check if I was satisfied with the work.
Very grateful to have had such a pleasant experience with ADA! Thank you

Review: Trent came out to detail the interior of my car, and I couldn’t be happier with his work! I have a large yellow lab, which means I had a lot of dog hair in my car. Trent took his time and put in a lot of effort to get everything cleaned up, and honestly made my car look the best it ever has. On top of this, he was very friendly and provided great customer service. I would definitely recommend Trent, and know I’ll be using this company again for any of my future detailing needs. Scheduling was a breeze, and communication before and during the service was great. Wish I had found these guys sooner!

Review: Unreliable, inattentive, and incommunicado. Detailer was 2.5 hours late for the appointment and then had to leave soon after b/c he still had the keys to a previous customer’s car. He was later coming back then he estimated and texted* he couldn’t finish the job that day. I explained this detail job was a Christmas present for my husband and it was important to have it done. He offered to come the next morning but given I had taken the day from work to be at THIS appointment, I could only do the afternoon. Someone from the service called later about the issue (I had re-explain) and then said he’d get back to me. He did not call back.
The detailer and I texted about him coming back for Friday afternoon and it looked like it was going to happen until… nothing. I write this at 4:41pm and have no idea where the detailer is. I DO know that I jumped through a lot of hoops to be home, to politely work out an arrangement, and now have been ghosted by this company twice. Taking my business elsewhere.
BTW: This detailing job was supposed to be a lovely surprise gift. So, not only is it not a surprise, but it is also not done in time for Christmas and our long road trip plus the wrong scenario stress to my husband’s life. Not cool.
* Customer service tip: Don’t text people bad news. Own it by calling or knocking on their door.
(my son would like to add that it’s not cool to the Detailer Grinch!)

Review: Outstanding work and customer service. My technician (Tyler) showed up promptly and worked diligently for hours to make my car shine inside and out. This was the first detail my car had since a rough winter of snow and salt. Tyler make every part of my car look almost brand new! I’ll definitely be using them again.
