I called for woodpellet prices and asked for the price on all 4 brands they sell. Before I got the last two prices the girl asked me “what are you taking a survey”? Every time I go into ‘Dad’s’ I come away feeling tons happier than before I went in! The staff there are really happy and welcoming… they’re friendly, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The range of products, parts, tools, gadgets, machinery and equipment etc the store has… is excellent… and, their prices are extremely fair. They go out of their way to assist their customers in getting what they need. *Basically, I just want them to know how good it is (these days) to find honest, decent, kind, happy, helpful folks all working hard at making a customer’s needs and experience the best!!
