I was worried it would spread and crack across the entire windshield with the cold weather, so I called Novus Glass first thing in the morning. I spoke with a woman in their call center around 8 AM, and she assured me that someone would call back within 15 minutes to schedule an appointment. Sure enough, I received a call shortly after, and the woman I spoke with was able to get me in the same day! When I arrived, a young man greeted me outside. When he learned I was there for a chip repair, he immediately pulled my vehicle inside while I waited comfortably inside. From when I arrived to when I left, the entire process took around 20 minutes. The gentleman at the front was friendly, and when I got back in my car, I was impressed with the repair—the chip was barely noticeable, but more importantly, the damage was prevented from spreading. Not only was the service quick and professional, but the pricing was also very reasonable. The experience was fantastic—hassle-free, affordable, and top-notch work. I had both windows ,clips and other hardware. Just needed them installed. All the electric was working fine when I had the glass removed. This job has been an ongoing project for awhile,so I’m aware of the ins and outs of the job. Novus quoted me a price of over 380.00. for the installation using my glass, and hardware at their shop.Not a mobile job .This job should not take any more than a couple hours labor. I’m a 72 year old retired man. People have been trying to screw me for years, but I usually like to get dinner and a kiss first!
