I made an appointment time for him and he even called the day before to confirm. He did not have anyone to bring him so he dropped his car and waited. He walked around Putney road for the 2 hours they said it would take, and when he got back they hadn’t even brought his car in yet. He ended up having to wait for several hours (closer to 5). He said the cleaning was very good, but I am really disappointed in the customer service. He had an appointment and was ready to wait, but not that long. He never even got a call while he was waiting to tell him they were running late. Getting scheduled and checked in with John was fast and easy. Window tints were done on schedule and look absolutely flawless. John helped get me checked out after and provided a good bit of info related to the tints as well as other services. Customer service clearly seems to be a priority and the cars always look fantastic on their way out. When I found the entire interior of my elderly mother’s Jeep covered in black mold and no other detailer would touch it, John drove to Keene from Brattleboro to retrieve it and returned it only the next day. It looked like a brand new vehicle without a trace of mold, sparkly and clean enough to eat a chimichanga off the floor. I can’t recommend Flawless enough. John literally dropped everything and helped my family in a great time of need. I’ve never experienced such top-notch customer service and will always be grateful.
