Review: Had my Jeep undercoated with their Noxudol treatment about two years ago. David & co. did a great job and for a very fair price. Two years later, no sign of the typical Vermont winter rusting and it is still very clean underneath. I’m incredibly happy with their service and quality of work and would highly recommend!

Review: I was traveling through Vermont and had a ball joint suddenly fail. They were able to find time to squeeze me in on a busy Friday, ordered the part and had us back on the road in a few hours. All for a super reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Review: I got a rough quote to refurbish my Sprinter van from the owner to prep it for sale. I was concerned about the cost and could not get a phone call back from him after speaking with his staff several times.
Fast forward, my bill was 40% higher than the rough quote with no proactive calls and no call backs. When I asked the owner about this directly, as money is Very tight, I was cut off and my feedback shut down. I have never been spoken to this rudely by any business owner.
Common practice at most reputable shops is to call if the bill is racking up, giving the Customer the option to move ahead. The owner said the work completed ‘will pay off in spades’ when I sell it. With many chances the owner would not admit that this was my decision. He made the decision for me.
The outcome of their work is 5 stars. They do fine work. My van looks awesome! Did I want to spend big money for it? No 👎 The decision was made for me by the owner. The hardest part was the way I was spoken to offering this feedback. As a community member I feel obligated to make this review.
Does Ayers do great work? Yes. Top notch.
Would I use them again? No.
Would I recommend their business? Also no.

Review: Needed to find the place that will care for my car’s needs. After bad experiences with attitudes and poor customer service, it was time for inspection and I needed to find someone. I am so glad we found Ayer’s, profession and polite. Professional in all aspects while remaining personable and informative. Now with peace of mind my Gold Camry will be treated for the queen she is 😎❤️
